Marine Bill Select Committee Evidence. The Joint Select Committee of MPs and Members of the House of Lords is now in the process of gathering both written and oral evidence. (Written evidence will be accepted up to 16th June) Sessions where 'witnesses' are questioned have begun. Written evidence, and transcripts of these sessions, will appear on the Select Committees website at: www.parliament.uk/parliamentary_committees/jcdmb.cfmAnd it will be possible to listen to evidence submitted via Parliament Live and for 28 days afterwards The session on 3rd June involved evidence from: Local Government Association, Association of Sea Fisheries Committees, and the Environment Agency Natural England and Countryside Council for Wales Marine and Fisheries Agency and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee and can be listened to at: www.parliamentlive.tv/Main/VideoPlayer.aspx?meetingId=1911Recreational Sea Angling Representatives from the NFSA and SACN will be presenting evidence on the 11th June.
