A pollution incident has killed more than 100 fish in Ceredigion.
Environment Agency Wales officers are investigating after the pollution entered a tributary near Mydroilyn on Wednesday evening.
The pollution was expected to flow down river to Aberaeron, and agency officers warned it could kill or harm other fish.
Officers will be at the Nant Sidyll on Thursday morning to assess the extent of the incident and collect evidence.
The pollution entered the tributary of the Afon Mydr, which in turn feeds the Afon Aeron.
The impact of it was said to have been "intensified" because of the current low water levels in the rivers.
