Hi All, My names Simon, I live in Biddulph, Staffordshire. A few weeks ago I bought a Ocean Kayak Malibu 2XL from Wayne(admin) after getting all the correct gear for a safe first time out we ran into trouble. We decided to have a paddle out from LLigwy beach on Anglesey. The weather was good, bit of a wind from the east but nothing bad . We thought about keeping near to the coast as we didnt want to go out to sea on our first outting. Well, we took our fat ass dog with us who sat in the middle and because he wouldnt keep still the kayak rolled over. However the problem was, getting back on top of the kayak. We nearly did it but then we found ourselves worn out. So a nice fisherman in his little boat helped us get up right. What I want to know is, which is the best way to get back on top. For two or for one. We are going to Colwyn bay this weekend(10th July) and im going to practice. My wife has been scared off a little so Im hoping to show her that falling off is part of the fun. Oh, and the fat ass dog has been banned from the Kayak. Any help would be great. If anyone who reads this is, and is at Colwyn bay this weekend please pop over and say hi, My kayak is green & white and you will see a cream coloured Talbot express motorhome parked on the prom, with my grumpy wife sat inside, haha. Thanks Simon
